Porkfolio

Porkfolio (with a K)

When I discovered that the creative directors at Carlitos & Patricia had a soft spot for pigs, I leaned all the way in. Instead of sending a standard portfolio, I created a Porkfolio — a curated selection of ads and visuals celebrating the pig in all its glory. Quirky and deliberate, it became a playful way to demonstrate that strong ideas can carry craft, strategy and humor at the same time. A statement willing to push boundaries, create high-concept work and make a lasting impression.

My role
Creative / Art Director / Designer. Conceived and executed the idea end to end — from concept and narrative to visual direction, craft and design.

Problem / opportunity
How to stand out in a sea of portfolios and make a memorable first impression — without resorting to gimmicks or empty provocation.

Creative thinking
Identify a genuine cultural cue and build a self-aware concept around it. Use humor as a vehicle for impact, with craft serving strategy — not the other way around.

Outcome / impact
The Porkfolio led directly to an interview and resulted in working on several projects with Carlitos & Patricia — proving the power of a well-targeted idea to open doors and start real collaborations.
