Turn everyday food moments into scalable social interactions.

OVERVIEW

Developed global social content systems for Danone brands, creating flexible frameworks that allowed ideas to travel across markets while maintaining a consistent voice.

MY ROLE

Led the development of global social creative systems, defining tone, visual language and content frameworks across multiple brands and markets.

Remained hands-on across key stages, from concept development to execution, ensuring consistency and quality.

CHALLENGE

Create content that could scale globally without becoming generic, balancing cultural nuance with a unified brand voice.

CREATIVE APPROACH

Grounded content in familiar food behaviors—meals, cravings, rituals—using humor and simple storytelling to turn products into social interactions.

Designed modular formats (memes, recipes, GIFs, short-form video) that could adapt across platforms and markets.

OUTCOME

Established a scalable social content systems adopted across multiple markets, improving consistency while allowing local flexibility. Became a reference framework for future Danone social initiatives.
